CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

Certificates must be requested to  essxxrc2022@MBTechnoServices.com  after the Conference.

 

LANGUAGE

The official language of the conference is English: no simultaneous translation will be available.

 

REGISTRATION DESK

The Registration Desk will be located in Building U6

Due to the large number of registered participants, to avoid delays, we invite all attendees to show up at the registration desk well in advance with respect to the beginning of the sessions. The registration desk will be open from Monday to Wednesday from 7:30 to 17:00.

BADGES

Badges must always be visibly worn during the scientific session, coffee breaks and lunches at the conference site but also during social program activities.

 

COFFEE BREAKS AND LUNCHES

Coffee breaks and lunches will be served to registered participants wearing their badges. Accompanying persons have no access to scientific sessions nor to coffee breaks and lunches.

Please note that vegetarian dishes will be on daily menu; for other special needs, we will try to serve a good variety of food so that it will be easier for you to get some alternatives in case of special diet restrictions.

PERSONS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS

Every effort has been made to ensure that people with special needs are catered for during the conference. Should you require any specific assistance, please let us know in advance to enable to assist in making your stay at the conference a pleasant and comfortable one.

 

INTERNET / WI-FI

Wi-Fi connection will be available on site.

In registering for the conference, participants agree that neither the Scientific/Organizing Committees nor the Organizing Secretariat assumes any liability.

 

CURRENCY

The local currency is € (Euro). Automatic teller machines and exchange offices are available nearby the venue. Most hotels, restaurants and shops accept major credit cards but please always check first!

 

ELECTRICITY

For Italy there are three associated plug types, types C, F and L. Plug type C is the plug which has two round pins, plug type F is the plug which has two round pins with two earth clips on the side and plug type L is the plug type which has three round pins. Italy operates on a 230V supply voltage and 50Hz.
